The Jardine is $150 from Dennis Kirk w/free shipping.
The Supertrapp is around $225. I was scared away from the Supertrapp by what I read in the forum regarding installation problems. I'm not the handiest guy in the world, and I figured I'd go with the exhaust that seemed easier to install. But the big factor in my decision was the e-mail I received after posting a question regarding the Jardine. I had asked if anyone was familiar with it. The next day I got an e-mail from a dealer in Maryland who said he had a like-new (3 month old) Jardine which I could have for $50 plus $5 shipping to Long Island, NY.
After a few exchanges, I was assured that it would be a snap to put on. He was right.
A for the dyno test, I don't really go over about 55 mph too often. I'm happy cruising between 45-55, so speed is not an issue for me.
